Thanks! Will hopefully be able to bring her out to Jambo next year if it is possible. But we shall see! Going to have to get her liking the outdoors and offroading at an early age for sure!

Congratulations! We used the Tacoma to pick up our daughter's first set of wheels yesterday. Too bad Toyota does not make strollers! She is due on January 9th, when is yours?

Thanks man! It is going to be pretty crazy. But will try to make time for truck stuff and everything, not going to miss Jambo next year at all with having the new rear end in the truck by then.

Was able to get the new Tech Deck installed along with swapping out the Prinsu wind fairing to the one with no cutout on it. Also after talking to CBI, they said to put the fairing like this to see if it would work better for wind noise... guess we shall see.

Innnnteresting...let us know how the wind noise turns out.

Roof rack in on my shorter list of things to buy. Was the swap to the blank fairing to reduce noise as well?

Will do, got a couple other things I am going to try and still need to do the sound deadening on the headliner and that will be happening in about 2 weeks or so.

The swap to the blank fairing was to get rid of the one with the cutout as I no longer have a lightbar up there, makes it look nice and yes to also put something over that first crossbar.

I have mine all the way down to the roof, then sealed that contact area with the provided weather strip. No issues from mine. :notsure:

The Tech deck looks nice. When/if the time comes you need more baby funds I can help by buying your Prinsu, it will eliminate your wind noise too!

Let us know how the fairing works out. I was doing some adjusting tonight to see if I can kill some noise. We'll see tomorrow.

I'll finish my sound deadening project this weekend and let you know if doing the roof helps with the wind noise as well.

I've heard this before many times and can't imagine our racks or roofs are that much different but mine all the way down with the weather stripping howls like a damn banshee.
