    I wish I could have a beer.

But I am currently doing a 16:8 fast for the next 3 weeks, currently 1 week in, so only beverages I am doing is water, and a single diet peach tea with my lunch... daily calorie intake is 1700... and doing 40 minutes of biking three times a week as well as riding my bike to and from work for each shift.

About to head to the gym here in a second actually.

No idea what he means by it tbh... cause he lives like 2 hours away from me...

Thanks, so will see how this first week goes and then see what happens after it is all said and done. I weighed myself on 6/25, will weigh this coming Monday, and then will not weigh again and do a weigh out until 7/23 as I don't want to discourage myself if I am not seeing a lot of progress or something. But I am keeping track of everything via MyFitnessPal as well.

Lol, I am trying to ever avoid that.

I have my goal that I am trying to hit, but as they always say, never tell people what your goal is as then they always ask you and such so if I hit it in my time frame that I want YA ME!, if not, then I will keep working at it until I do.

At least it's by your choice. I got a message last Friday that i needed to call my dr's office back in regards to labs I had done on thursday. Tried calling and left a message. They finally call me back on monday and tell me the results werent normal and I need to come back within 2 weeks to have more tests ran. I'm not allowed to drink any alcohol or take any otc pain meds like tylenol. I checked my results online and googled it to have some clue of what was off and it looks to all relate to my liver... I'm going back next Wednesday and hope my numbers return to normal. I'm not too worried yet because my numbers are really close to what they should be. Hope it was just a lack of water consumption and the fact that i had only had a cup of coffee before my last test.

Take all the “expo” stuff off your truck and you’ll instantly add capability. Just sayin :D

What Expo stuff should I take off then?

Bed rack is for the spare tire, snorkel is just because I only paid $200 for it and the precut fenders... other than that. Not much else Expo stuff.

I count 8 articles of "expo" gear in this picture :luvya:

Ditch the bed rack and just ratchet strap the spare down in the bed either standing up or laying flat.

$250... only because I buffed and polished the fenders, redid the edge trim, and they have fancy bolts in the holes...

What kind of dibs you thinkin.

Lol, I like the paint skills.

I had the spare in the bed, but wanted the full bed back as I kept running out of room to haul stuff on trips.

How can you hate on a shovel and an axe? Lol, I guess I need to paint my shovel red and call it Krazy

The roof rack isn't going anywhere though... that is used, plano case holds all my recovery gear and some spare parts, rotopax actually holds fuel on trips...

Wait... why is is 8? Wouldn't be bed rails technically be considered 1 item and not 3 & 4?

Sounds like someone is jealous. And you'd need extra fuel if you lived in Texas and didn't have a tow rig.

@ETXTacoma you had to pull your fender liners and trim your fenders to fit the 34's right? Im trying to decide if I want to go to 34's or 285's for this round of tires.

Yea, I did, they were rubbing front and rear, now they don't but I need to redo my CMC as they still rub on that.

Was at Discount today and looked at the price of 35s... so am thinking of maybe trying to sell my 34" General Grabbers FYI... All 5, with certs, for 17" wheels.
