    Awesome. Thanks for the update. I'm set up with a ham mobile , but I don't see my brother jumping on that any time soon. My handheld does GMRS and we are registered so I wanted to explore that option.

    I was mainly currious because it's essentially the 70cm band and I believe the big boy goes to 40w. Which is impressive because I usually only use 10 daily with plenty of reach. +20miles at times.

    Also since discount bandit's deal on part# 98510 got pulled it's not as great a deal, but still the best on the interwebz
