interesting... yea maybe with the poly bushings of the TC lowers, the LCAs are able to move easier even when tight... i'd typically loosen them up anyway so i can add some more grease while i'm there, so i guess i never had an issue..

Not sure how I just now saw this... but possibly. New LCAs are on the list, just have other priorities to take care off right now. Figure out this weekend that I am pretty sure I desperately need to get the driveshaft fixed as the carrier bearing is shot and get it rebalanced... having some weird movements when coming to a stop quickly and I am about 95% positive it is the driveshaft moving up and down.

Finally, I got around to opening the tent since I moved it 90 degrees on the trailer setup... so instead of it opening to the driver's side, it now opens over the deck of the trailer and the ladder goes right onto the deck.

Pretty sure this is going to work a lot nicer as I now have essentially a built-in patio I can step down onto and can also step onto the deck of the trailer and get stuff in and out of the tent instead of climbing the ladder. And I am able to secure the overhang to the trailer instead of stakes in the ground which eliminates tripping at night. Plus I can just put a camp chair under the tent and sit on the trailer if it is raining or something. As well as take the tent cover, slide it out and put it on either side and essentially create a small wall for shade or slight protection from elements if needed

If I had the sewing skill, I would get some zipper and nicer canvas and build some actual walls I could zip onto the tent how the annex goes, but only for one side of the tent for shade/wind/rain protection.

Still have a few things I would like to do to like add two more scissor jacks to the front. Get a better spare tire holder. Another toolbox for more storage. Build a top for the sides above the fenders that can act as a table at camp. Plumb in a water connection so when at places that have water I can have a place to wash dishes or hands right on the trailer. I also want to get an awning for the drivers side to create even more shade on that side... if I could swing it I would get a 270 awning that would wrap around the back of the trailer as it would be perfect.

I have to say i really like the way this turned out! still lots of usable deck space for toys!

Im working on selling the teardrop so i can buy a 7x12 or 7x14 vnose cargo trailer. Planing to convert it to a simple camping setup.

Yea, same here, still plenty of space to be able to carry the mountain bike and the future kayak (already know how to mount it to where it saves space).

If I ever end up getting a SxS or ATV or something I can still carry it on the trailer as well to where I want to go like deer lease or whatnot.

Any idea how many threads or distance you have of the coilover body showing? I need to lift the front of my truck and I have the same struts and 700lb springs and they’re impossible for me to adjust myself

I would have to double check, but pretty sure it is about 3/4 of a inch?

It is a 10 by 6, and yea, it is easy to move with two people if one person is at the back putting weight on the back and then one person up front doing the steering at the tongue.

I am running HD Dakars on the truck, they work great, but definitely work better when there is weight in the bed.

I have not posted here in a while.... but finally did some updates over the weekend.

New wheel hub assemblies as well as gusseted spindles from @glorifiedwelder. While I was at it I went ahead and changed the brake pads as they were needed pretty bad. I still need to clearance the dust shield some more so it does not rub the rotor, so doing that tonight after I get off work hopefully.

I also went ahead and did a Rear Diff Oil Change and got rid of the Red RTV and went with a Lube Locker for the Dynatrac ProRock 60 to make it way easier to service the Diff in the future if needed.

A little bit here and there, I still have over a month to knock out more of my list honestly. But this was the biggest thing on the list I needed to knock out. Now my front end should be good for a while so I should not have to worry about it.

But still have more to do on the trailer as well to get it where I want it as well.

    Thanks man.

Drove it to work this morning and the ride was nice, definitely needed new hubs...

I am pretty sure LubeLocker came out with the one for the ProRock60 like 4-6 months after I had gotten mine. I was soooo glad to clean off all the Red RTV and get rid of that crap.
