EVCx throttle controller?

How well does the EVCx throttle controller work with the Tacoma 3rd Gens?

Additionally, how well do they work with tunes, specifically OTT when I get that done in several months from now?

Hoping to have a bit better response on the highway and the ability to lower sensitivity when in 4-Lo

 

^I have the older model without the phone interface. It works great. I personally wouldn't trust alterations through a phone app for such a critical system.

A tune already gives you noticeably better throttle response, so you'd want to daily drive with the controller in pass-through mode ("--" on the display). In 4lo set the controller to one of the eco mode levels.
