Basically, power with pool/spa/2 ac units not too fun, but everything else is great. I don't keep up with the car scene anymore, what is a Base 911 missing compared to a fully loaded one. I drove a 911 Turbo years ago and was unimpressed but sports cars really aren't my thing anymore although I like to drive em now and again.

Seriously though and they love to talk about the great and powerful 4G63 while their whole world falls apart around them from financial collapse keeping it on the road haha. My buddy used to be into them hardcore, we finally fixed him and got him into some nice Nissans.

I had to always pull over off the side of the road to fix a popped off intercooler pipe or something else that needed mending. My 1st gear was pretty much gone, had the transmission rebuilt and then had major boost creep which blew up my head. Good riddance. I got into my first 4x4, an XJ Sport after that. Got myself into the german game as well after I got out of the army and a Kleeman modified C55 AMG. Tons of fun and actually reliable but replacement parts (tires, tune up, brakes) were pricey and was getting bored of it. Traded that in for this.

Haha, I'm not sure I'll ever understand the pre built sports car market. I like the looks and smiles I get driving ratty junk with a big turbo more than the glares you get in an expensive sports car. My family has had plenty of them but I gotta build my junk to enjoy it fully. That's one of the best things about cars and trucks though.... there's an ass for every seat and enough junk to customize them all.

That's how my buddy killed his GSX, pushed around 30PSI and all the work he had put into it was gone moments later. It just wasn't built to handle that much and the block let him know that shortly thereafter. But the story ends well for him, ended up selling that shell and transmission for 5k and is now driving an 88 300ZX with a Holset HX40 (custom turbine to account for the 3.0L engine). Thing is getting better, he busted his driveline last time at the track but ran a low 12 the pass before than. Just needs grip and practice launching now haha

IDK. The fuel pump is cooled by the gas in your tank and the pump is a bitch to change. So why risk the longevity of the pump unless you have to?
Op I've never run out of gas in my Tacoma but I don't have the luxury of the 3rd gen gas gauge to risk it. I just want a full tank all the time.

I've gone about 20 miles after it said 0. I think there's in the neighborhood of 3 gallons left once the light goes off and maybe 2 gallons once it says 0.

No. I fill my tank when it nears 1/2 tank.

I dont have the digital dash display but am confident that there are 3 gals left when the fuel light comes on. I get around 23-24mpg and figure I have 60 miles left when the light is on and reset trip B as soon as it comes on. I have run 38 miles after the light came on and put 19.44 gals in it.
