What would make your truck ride and drive like it has no sway bar but you do have sway bars? Every time I hit a bump my front wheels shake and wobble what could that be?

A little of this and a little of that.
Loose lug nuts, worn out UCA's? Give the front suspension components a good inspection, preferably with the truck on a lift.

Can be a lot of things. Worn bushings, coilovers are shot, ball joints are shot, bearing are shot, frame is broken, loose bolts, etc.

Blown strut can definately cause this feeling.

Well almost everything under there is new. (2019-2021). Wheel hubs are about the only thing that hasn't been done.

My best internet advisor advice is take it to the last professional mechanic that worked on the truck. Jiffy Lube does not count. There should be some warranty for parts. Bad labor is harder to recover. It can be something new.

The only way for that feeling to happen is if something is broken or loose. All the advice above has been spot on and literally everything it could be.

There are 5 stages of truck maintenance: denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance.

My best internet auto advisor advice is to take the truck to a professional mechanic. Something is not right and there could be a safety issue.

Yes, I would second the above. It would be a good idea to verify all work has actually been done and everything tightened back up / installed correctly. Assuming a shop did the work, take it to a 2nd shop you trust in your area.

What PSI are your tires at? If the lube/tire shop jockey inflated them to something crazy high then it can make the truck feel very unstable over bumps at speed, especially in the back.

Is there a way to tell if the upper control arms are bad?

Someone more knowledgeable may chime in, but I believe jacking up one wheel off the ground and looking for play in your wheel may be an indicator.

Might also be worthwhile to post some pics of the front end suspension to see if the experts here can see anything immediately off. Doing that won't cost you anything and we may help you get a bit closer to a solution

Yeah, if you jack up the front end and pull in/out on the tire, you can see if there is movement at the UCA where the bolt goes through the bushings. The wheel/tire shouldn't have play in it. If it does and it doesn't look like it's coming from the UCA, then it could be a ball joint or wheel bearing issue.

Do a little troubleshooting / mod day meet up! Extra input in person is always a huge plus. Also, someone may be able to spot something by jiggling the undercarriage around while someone else watches the ends of that component for excessive play.
