    Haven't looked on eBay, but it looks like that set (9465) is going for about $95 on bricklink.com. Typically you can get a good deal on a used set there, but no one has a used 9465 posted.

    Yeah, actually that's not bad. I've seen them go for $350. A NISB Cloud City set can go for well over $1K.

    some bricklink folks want $300 for the used set with no minifigs.....i'm sure you can go buy the parts for less than that

    They list parts by complete set and qty of part needed so you can easily order everything you need to build a set with new bricks. Pretty cool.

    Much more cost effective just to purchase the set NIB.

    This is a great option for putting a discontinued set together though.:thumbsup:

    All the instructions can be downloaded for free from the Lego site.

    I looked through the prices on that site & I think it would be more economical to get some of the more common parts from Bricklink.

    The only Modular set I would like that is no longer available is the Green Grocer. Even used they sell for way over $600.00 on ebay. :(
