So I’ve got city going. Back in the 90s, I had a girlfriend buy me a 9-volt train set for Christmas, which I bought a second set, and a lot of track! I built a few custom train cars, which I’d occasionally get out to run around a Christmas tree.

About three years ago, my wife bought me a modular (the Pet Store), and well two tables have now taken over a corner of my den. 9-volt track runs around the tables and under the modulars. A bunch of train cars are under the city, which includes three engines with the 9-volt motors. I have a lot more 9-volt train track, so someday I need a basement for it all.

As far as the modulars, I bought some multiple sets to add floors.

I also have the new Pirate ship to build, which will go onto the lake on the left. (I’ve been waiting for a Pirate ship!)

I recently added the bookstore set.

I didn't care for the orange garage, so thanks to six Brinklink orders, I replaced the color.

I also have the Roller Coaster, however it takes up a lot of space.

    Anytime!

Though my answer may be biased. I'm a sucker for technic cranes.

I'd have a lot more sets if I had somewhere to display them.

You should post lots more pictures!!

Also...not sure what happens at that fire station but isn’t having it protected by RPG a bit overkill?

Since a request was made for more pictures! This is mostly a winter hobby. I started with one table (below), which as you see it filled up so I added a second table (earlier pictures). Therefore I have more train track which is all the better, with two power supplies so plenty of electricity. I also have water space for that upcoming Pirate ship.

Most interiors are customized and stuffed with mini figures. As I earlier said, I've added floors along with windows to the sides of modulars if they're not against another building.

I also have a train depot with train track running around it. I really need a basement as I said I have a lot of 9-volt track!

Above the city on a shelf is the Death Star that is as well customized. Here, for additional revenue, they’ve opened a drive-in!

Seriously, the Death Star had to have a janitorial staff, so here, a janitor makes an unfortunate discovery...

Right now I don't do LEGO - I was going to start then Covid closed the LEGO store. Question - I always hear about mini-figures, is there such a thing as regular figures, or are all figures mini?

LEGO has made many different types of figures, but currently only produces mini-figures.

so i was at walmart yesterday for a few necessities and thought i'd take a stroll down the lego aisle just to see what was there. on top of the pile of polybag kits was a single series 20 minifig bag. now you cant even get them through lego.com so what it was doing here was a mystery. they had a ton of disney minifigs and they never put the new ones out until the old ones are gone. i sifted through the pile to see if i could find any others but no luck. it wasn't one that i wanted so i left it.
anybody else finding any locally? not that any of us are doing a lot of shopping lately...

The Liebherr was a fun build! Pretty cool working it with my phone too! Then again I love the cranes.

Another fun build! My wife likes to load and unload the container. :D

I happen to love the Technic series but I think it’s more about I like building the cars, trucks, and bikes. Hell, who am I trying to kid...I just like Legos.
With that being said, I’m definitely getting the Ducati.
