My significant work milestones have been celebrated by buying some of the big boys. My delayed work celebration of starting my new job was celebrated with this

I took a chance on buying the Series 10 Librarian minifig in a factory sealed bag.

It’s for my wife. She just earned her MLIS .

The seller had good reviews on Bricklink so I’m hoping they’re good at what they do. (I’m pretty sure I felt the coffee mug so I think I have a pretty good shot!)

Mine turns 6 on Tuesday, and has the Pirate Bay set waiting for him to unwrap... once we actually wrap it.

Feel bad for those guys. A few of my buddies work for UPS here in town, and they have some covid cases going on there. And they're out delivering still at all hours of the night because they've been super busy with everything going on, on peeps ordering a lot online.

 

I just got the Dodge Charger even though I preordered it when they first announced it.
At least I still get the free Easter gifts.

 

I'll finally get my package tomorrow after sitting in Chicago for 4 days. Was supposed to be today. Ordered the stormtrooper and pilot helmets. Boba Fet was out.

 

It’s amazing how quickly Lego sells out, at least their online store. Best to jump on something when you see it. Signing up for the VIP can help too. Early notice of pending releases.

 

I ordered the helmets as soon as the May 4 deal started at 9pm pt. The helmets shipped on the 2nd, arrived in Chicago sameday but left on the 5th. I've noticed its been happening a lot lately.

 

Got my Fett helmet in yesterday! Was backordered until the end of May and I ordered it May 1st But Ive got a business trip next week and camping this weekend so I can't build it....

 

You could send it down to me. I'll build it

 

Ha I think you could find it in stores faster. Saw them at Walmart a few weeks ago

 

Despite the industry trying to move beyond the stereotype, the Librarian was well received!
