    Friend of mine had it back in grade school. I remember him letting me tear it down and rebuild it. Shape in the ad pic looked very familiar

    Sorry to dash your hopes. There's some gold in that ad, though. If they're in good condition, the built sets alone could probably recoup the asking price on Bricklink, if not more. Not nearly as nice a score as your classic haul, though

    I haven't heard much of a following for Alpha Team, but according to 6 month Bricklink average that set is worth 75ish complete. Early Star Wars has some serious fans, though.

    Yeah, I'd definitely keep an eye on this one

    looks like the HP set is worth a bit too

    wonder if he could get better pics of the figs for me? seems like the figs and printed/stickered parts are the most expensive to replace most of the time.
