Ohh that's cool, gonna have look at the toy section this weekend.

Mail call, shoutout to @PzTank for the mandalorian starfighter usps was acting fucky but it finally arrived this week.




Was able to get the two tanks I picked up on fb marketplace put together as well as the starfighter (downtime between kiddo’s naps)




Okay admittedly I was a little overzealous on acquiring sets recently, probably due to lack of sleep had to reorganize the display.

Told the wife I’m done (again) but I need to stick to it this time otherwise baby will take my spot in bed and I’ll be on the couch

 

Between all of my immediate family we have a ridiculous amount of Lego sets. We’ve decided to take the majority of the legos and create a Lego themed guest room.

 

I could probably make a Lego store themed guest bedroom.

 

I'm pretty sure you could make a whole-ass Legoland.

The technique for the reflection in the water - superb!!

 

Is this a fake? Seems obvious, but figured I'd post. The one on top is authentic. The one on the bottom is being sold locally. The fake appears to be missing details, barcode etc.

 

Saw a similar or same Mordor set with Sauron’s eye in the display window of the NYC Legostore last week! Flatiron district.

I’m impressed with some of the space themes that I see coming out. It looks like LEGO is actually paying attention to their fan base.

 

Winding down the weekend relaxing and appreciating the display while bd1 is on overwatch. Not a bad way to end the week…

 

This turned out far better than I expected.
