Everything LEGO thread!

Anyone having trouble logging into their Lego account? The website keeps sending me in a "loop" and wants to make a new account. No option to input or reset a password. It does allow me to retrieve my username, which I already know. Going thru the process of making a new account says the account is already in use.
I'm up to 4 emails with customer service, the last two they sent let me reset the password, which was successful, but the site still doesn't cooperate. Clearing browser and cookies just made me have to go thru and retrieve/reset all the passwords for other sites.
Any insight on this?

 

Yep, on that very site. I've even typed it in instead of using my bookmarks. Two other laptops are doing the same thing, so I don't really know what to think, unless my account was hacked. But that doesn't explain why the website doesn't ask me for a password when I type in my user name.
Hopefully they ship any purchases to me. I'll call customer service in the morning, they left me a number in case I was still having problems.

that happened with a cigar order I made once. It was a deal for 4x packs of 5 cigars of your choosing and a humidor. It took forever and showed up in a tore open box with only 1 pack of cigars and the humidor. I reached out and they sent a new order and told me to let them know when it arrived so they could send a return label for the damaged package. New one arrived and I emailed them. No response. So I got an extra 5 cigars and a humidor. Gave the extra humidor to a buddy.

 

This F1 release is going to hurt my wallet.. It'll make it real easy to hit the GWP limit next weekend though!

Whoa, Harry, are you ALSO tired of finding bloody wands all over the house? I would say this is extreme, but it happens to be exactly what I was looking to do with them!

 

Snagged all three GWP's. Knocked out two people's christmas presents, a couple things for my daughter to play with (in a year or so, too young now), and finally buying Perseverance Rover for myself along with the burger truck haha. I've been wanting Percy for a long time and figured the record player was a good reason to finally pull the trigger, I have to imagine it'll get retired sooner rather than later.

 

Finally accessed my account, burned up some points to take advantage of the gwp. Scored the record player and the holiday train.
Pulled the trigger on my first official Lego train with the Orient Express. I have no idea where it's gonna sit, it's so long.
