    Exactly. They don't issue recalls because customers don't like how something is designed. They issue recalls to protect them from fines and lawsuits over safety concerns. TSBs are for everything else

    So the truck was designed to have slipping and under-filled transmission and differentials? It was designed with holes in the control arms to create a howling noise at 30 to 45mph on windy days?
