I have seen the topic of installing remote start on manual trans trucks get brought up a few times in the remote start install threads like this one but there I have not seen anyone who has actually installed one. I installed a Fortin Evo-one in my truck recently and I can confirm it does work. The basic install is the same as the auto trans trucks so I will not rehash the info on those threads but if you anyone is interested in the manual trans install the extra steps that are not included in the previous write ups or Fortin's instructions are:

-don't cut the yellow wire loop on the side of the unit
-enable tach monitoring through data link in the flashlink updater
-splice the yellow wire from the clutch switch or clutch start cancel switch to the start(+) wire (thick yellow wire on the large 6 pin harness)
-enable manual trans ready mode 2 in the flashlink updater

Guess you missed mine. I’ve had mine installed on my 2017 6MT for about a month. Glad you figuared it out though. Interesting thing is you wired yours a little different. So just to add some info, this is what I did:

There is a negative a starter output wire on the EVO One in the 20 pin white connector pin A5, I used a 5 pin relay since I had some, but a 4 pin is all you need. Battery power connects to the relay coil and pin 30, then white wire from EVO One pin A5 goes to the other side of the relay coil and relay pin 87 goes to clutch start cancel switch connector C7 pin 4.
