Have excessive condensation on windshield, anyone else have this kind of issue? Dealer has had truck for a couple of days and they can't duplicate condensation. Can't find any leaks on from or back window. Any thoughts???[IMG] Screenshot_20200226-131343.jpg

Roof, door seals, fire wall seals, third brake light, shark fin, rear cabin vents between bed and cab.

Somewhere there is excessive moisture in your truck. That is definitely not normal. Start by checking out the floor and see if any part of carpet is damp.

I had a slight leaker in an old car before. Steamy windows.

That typically has maple syrup smell associated with it.

Probably your third brake light leaking. Known Tacoma issue. Many forums on the subject. It’s the most common thing that could cause this. Check near back seats for moisture.

The dealership has had it for 2 days running "test" meaning through a car wash and running hose over it. They haven't seen any leaks, but did say rear floor board mat had water on it. I've never noticed water anywhere except condensation on windshield. At least I know what questions to ask for things they've checked.

if the rear carpet is wet, my best guess is 3rd brake light. Or roof rack if thats new or installed incorrectly

Bad heater core is often the cause of excessive windshield condensation.

Could also be the windshield itself isn't seated properly.

No roof rack they said they tested back window, it's a Toyota dealership surely they would know of issues of the 3rd light should've been first on the list to check

You'd be surprised on how dishonest some dealers can be.

Nothing like that going, I mean I haven't been in the back checking carpet constantly just because I immediately assumed it was windshield leaking. Why else wouldn't other Windows be showing the condensation

Thanks for all the suggestions at least I know when I get my truck back and they haven't figured it out I have some places to start trouble shooting at. Still not clear on how to tell if the heater core is bad but I'm sure I can find it on here.
