Exchangeable Years for Conversions

Alright guys and girls I'm looking into conversions, but can't find a comprehensive guide that includes all the possible options. I'm looking to see what years have exchangeable parts (e.g. headlights, taillights, hoods, tailgates, etc...). The more help and links I can get, the merrier. Maybe this could be the comprehensive guide and ultimately a sticky...
