I'm looking at a Gibson stainless exhaust for my 09 AC and their part listings are a mess (Access Cab Short Bed? TRD 2WD?) I tried to get straight up measurements but their Sales/Support doesn't have hands on and the warehouse won't bust a box open and measure.

They have a listing for an AC Prerunner, which I am 99% sure will also fit an AC TRD, but I want to confirm there's no difference between the OEM parts for the two.

Can someone give me a sanity check?

I posted this info up in a thread about exhaust sizes a while back.

Access Cabs and Double Cab Short Beds have the same frame dimensions so their catback exhaust systems are interchangeable. 127.8 inch wheelbase.
Double Cab Long Beds have a longer frame so the catback exhaust will only fit them. 140.9 inch wheel base. Please keep in mind that 2005-2011 exhausts will not fit on a 2012-2015, and vice versa.

If you check the Gibson website it shows that the exhaust part number for a 2009 Tacoma Crew Cab with a 5 Ft bed (DCSB) is the same as for a Extended Cab (access cab). Also, it should fit if its a 4.0 V6, regardless if its a PreRunner or a TRD.

I used to own a 2010 Access cab and I did alot of research on getting a catback. I was looking at the Gibson, but went with the TRD catback instead.
