Was it your work ethic, did it seem like you wanted to be there? Maybe they just saw you as too young.

He's young, just let him bask in the "never worked so hard" compliment.

But typically that's just what people want to hear. I understand the legality of working at that age so more power to you that you had the experience.

Oh. No my brother never knew how much i was getting paid. I didnt want to make him to feel bad. He quite 2 years later becuase the boss was getting rich when my brother couldnt afgord a place to stay at. I think if i would of said something earlier i wouldve made more money. Because right before the summer ended i told the boss that i wasnt making enough money for the effort i put in. He started paying me like 9 something an hour. But i started working short hours due to early football practice and hitting the weight room. Before school started

That is not BS. You all say im young and stuff. Im pretty smart. Ive worked irrigation. Help with maintenance at a bar/club on the lake and last summer as a second job I was a boat engineer. Also you might understand more if you knew the boss. He never worked as a kid and never worked as an adult. He didnt understand how hard thing could be. My brother is 28 worked plenty of jobs before and the owner of the landscaping didnt pay him for a irrigation install for him. This is a different brother also. He worked fpr a different company. My owed my brlther $800 for the install. My brother never got the check. And my brother that just quite didnt get his last 2 weeks worth of checks. So tell me if hes not a prick or not. My brother worled for him for 8 years
