just got back from a road trip in my 2019 trd offroad and notice on takeoff (sometimes) my exhaust sounds real throaty now. Over 40 I hear no noise and don't see any changes in performance ... Just curious what this is, it didn't do it on the entire trip but at the end of the return trip home I can really hear it....???

Check intake box and check the exhaust pipe.

Exhaust just started sounding throaty after it warms up at low speeds. Doesn't do it all the time but real noticable when it does. Is this normal?

as mentioned in your other thread; check for leaks on the intake and exhaust side. If you made any repairs or modifications, start there. Also check for check engine lights. If none exist, I'd leave it if it's not obnoxious,,, or if it is, take it to a shop for a deeper inspection and quote for exhaust.
