Exhaust manifold replace

Hey guys.... Well about a year later and $900 ive found the problem with the p0430 code ive been having.bad cat bank 2.i did eveything up to this i.e. sensors gaskets seafoam . so i cannot find any how to on removing the manifold any links advise would be awesome
2006 Tacoma 4x4. 4.0 3 inch lift front.

 

Take the exhaust pipe down after the cat then unbolt the header from the block. Spray some acetone/tranny fluid 50/50 mix on the exhaust bolts before you try to remove them. Do not use an impact. You will just shear the bolts clean off.

 

do this a day or two prior, also do it with it hot but not burning the ATF off

 

Good add on. Forgot about the let it soak part. That's what I get for multi tasking.
