I replaced the back half of my exhaust and naturally the next flange in line blew apart. I took a closer look than I had before to discover I need to replace from the manifold back. The cats aren't nearly as bad, it really more the flanges and the pipe close to each flange. My question is does anyone know where to find the exhaust pipe minus the cats? If I could find those sections I could weld in the old cats if it would save enough money. Lmk if anyone has done this or if im crazy and will never find the components minus just the cats

Your best bet is a set of low mileage junkyard pulls. Most places these days are selling them with the cats cut off, which sucks if you need cats, but is just fine in your case. You could also go aftermarket - you'll want "short tube headers".
