Hi, I'm new to Tacomaworld and I had a question. I wanted to buy a Kamikaze muffle for my truck. I was looking for a deep sound and was wondering if I should keep my 2.5" piping or bump it up to 3"? Also should I dump my exhaust before my rear axle and should I do a 1 inlet 2 outlets muffler to give it a deeper sound or stick with a 1 inlet 1 outlet? I don't want it to sound like a ricer though!

I have never heard of that exhaust. Upping the pipe dia. to 3" will be pointless, and it will make it sound more "hollow".

Also, having turn downs before the axle will be very loud due to the fact the resonance will bounce off the ground. Keep that in consideration.

Anything will sound "ricer" on a 4cyl though, what size engine do you have?

It's an exhaust made by WickedFlow! Okay I'll keep it at 2.5"
Yeah that is what i herd and I probably will have that done! It's a V6 so it will have a deep sound without sounding "ricer" so I think I'll be good!

you gotta watch when youre upping the diameter pipes. Loosing backpressure can be detrimental. Also dumping your exhaust before the rear axle will result in cabin droan in many cases
