Exhaust Re-route recommendation OC area

I need to re-route the exhaust so it does not hang below the frame and then install flat skids (RCI or CBI). I figured any muffler shop should be able to do it but has anyone done it with a good recommendation?

I am in OC but can travel out to nearby cities. Thank you!

An explanation on the mix of new and shiny and rusty surfaces. My truck is a transplant from midwest. Toyota had just completed the frame replacement on my truck.

 

How much did they charge?

 

Working from memory, $75-ish? Certainly was under $100.

@taco_rhyno Dang that is really cheap as well and it looks great, I will call them tomorrow. I took it to the Muffler Man in Placentia since that's closer to me and he quoted $300. He was also going to route it more along the side which I am not too happy about. Thanks for sharing pics/info.

Sorry just been stupid busy last few weeks and haven't done it yet. I called them last week since I was in the area but they were closing, said they can do it but need to look at it. I'm probably going to show up there by end of March as my skid plates should be here by then, will take skids with me to ensure they will fit after they re-route.

 

I called early last week and Jerry quoted about $175

 

Still cheaper than the Muffler Guy. Would they be willing to go lower for two trucks if you are serious about it? I have to get mine done as my skids will not fit without re-routing the exhaust.

 

Plaza Muffler & trailer hitch (the one on 125 N. Pixley, Orange). Carl quoted me $100 and said he has done a bunch of them. Plan to go there Saturday and will update w/pics.

 

if you can go around the t case, as you use the skid (bend them) it will rub lol

 

Just had some minor exhaust work done by Auto Magic Muffler in HB. My TRD exhaust had an annoying drone (probably due to the cap) so I had a

$133 Vibrant 1141 2.5' Ultra Quiet Resonator, Silver

Vibrant 1141 installed to tone it down. It's stock loud at idle but when you rev on it, it sounds throaty but far from annoying and no in cabin swell while cruising. Anyhow, like any other exhaust shop they can do re-routing, muffler swaps, etc... The place is worth mentioning and IMO his welds are solid for a muffler shop.
