well I'm going in a few days to make my purchase of my new muffler and I was wondering if anyone on here has done a walk through of how to replace the existing stock muffle with a new one. I'm not changing the whole system, just the muffler. And quick question, when checking on the diameter of my stock exhaust my dial caliper said 2.4..... what the hell is that? is it 2.25" or 2.5"? Thanks guys

u want to check the inner diameter. i believe it is 2.25. u will have to have the new muffler welded on. take it to a muffler shop and have them weld the new muffler on your stock exhaust. shouldn't cost you very much to do that.

bout to change out my entire exhaust from downtubes coming together back (cats back)-whats the secret to loosening the two(2) 14mm spring bolts that connect the exhausts to the downtubes -2010 model. Any help would be greatly appreciated
