I have a 2010 single cab 4 cylinder. Being that it is on the original exhaust and 12 years is about what my wife's 2005 Rav4 lasted before needing replacement, I suspect I'm close.

I had the frame replaced in July (note the sig) and it was noted that the exhaust was rusty but just a FYI.

    So...

I know there's the TRD for the V6 but I suspect there's not one for the 2.7.

What options exist besides the same one I already have?

Not looking for it to be loud AF, but a little more free-flowing and fuel economy ain't a bad thing. I do live in a rust area and it is kept outside.

I'm in the same boat. The answer is probably going to a custom exhaust place.

I have the MagnaFlow 15240 that I picked up off eBay on Black Friday super cheap (Like $350 cheap).

It's a 2.5" from the cat to the muffler, then 3" from the muffler out. Nice deep mellow tone, and not raspy at all.

Mine's a bit quieter than normal though, as I'm turbo. Here's a cold start on it though:

Not bad not bad, I presume it isn't a growler on the road/highway as well?

Custom is an option as well..I won't be doing exhaust work of any kind myself so I'd have to take it somewhere regardless of the route

Nope, drone wasn't bad at all.
Prior to picking this exhaust up, I had a Magnaflow 11225 welded in place of the stock muffler, with good results as well.
The tone was a little higher with the stock diameter piping, but still great. That's a good option if you wanted to go more "stock" route.

Now I currently have the Magnaflow 15240 mated to a URD Power Pipe and it's MUCH louder and burbly/poppy. But the Power Pipe suited my needs with less restriction in place of the cats for the turbski.

What year is your truck? Magnaflow says this is for 13-15 models. I don’t know what might have changed with the facelift.

Mine is a '13 but the exhausts are identical. The face-lift was only the front fascia. Everything under the hood stayed the same. We looked at my friend's 07 when I got this exhaust, and everything looked identical to mine.

I've heard of some custom options. I actually like the way my 2.7 sounds... the power on the other hand...

The rear most exhaust hanger is rotated 90* as compared to the 10-12 trucks, that’s the only difference
