    Forgive me.

Done some leg work and I have an appointment with my guy tomorrow morning in regards to a Flowmaster 50 Delta (Edit...thinkin Delta 40) install. Im thinkin dual outs. I know jack about exhaust...I just want a little more throat to the sound of my truck. That being said...

For those of you who did an aftermarket exhaust swap, was it worth it?

I also installed the Flowmaster 50 series American Thunder dual outs and I love it! But I was told by chris4x4 that you actually lose a couple horses but nothing you would even notice. The sound and looks make up for it though!

I ordered a Dynomax Super Turbo & a stainless tip & that's all I'm gonna do to my exhaust. I had the money saved for the MBRP dual but I think that paying $450 just for looks is a waste. The Dynomax installed will cost me around $100 & I'll get a slight gain unlike with the MBRP or others which most likely would lose some HP.

Love the sound. Go into it knowing you won't really be gaining anything other than sound.

Which is fine...all I was hoping to gain was sound at least ;) Now just to decide between the 40 and 50!

I haven't heard a 40 in person just in sound clips, I wonder how much louder it is than the 50.

Ya think? Im worried that its going to be too loud for my liking, and Im a little off'ed by the fact that people say it sounds "ricey" in the mid rpms. Im thinking the 50 may be more my style...but online videos can only tell you so much.

I would imagine the 50 delta with dual outs would be a noticeable difference over stock? I keep watching this over and over lol...
