Cracking on the 2.7 manifold is a known problem. I would buy a dt header!

    Mostly stock (new 2 me)
I run a Thorley on my Samurai, primarily due to having an EO# for smog. On my old 2.7 truck I ran a LCE because it's a better header. It's stainless, and ceramic coated instead of chrome plated. Ceramic blocks a lot of heat from the engine compartment.

It was the first 4 to one header I've run and I was expecting minimal bump in low end, and was pleasantly surprised at the low end performance. Reuse your STOCK egr gaskets. I did have the collector gasket blow out a few times and replaced it with an aluminum ring which lasts to this day.
