I’ve been searching the forum to find a way to run cables from the engine driver side into the front of the bed (cab side). I already added butyl putty in the obvious corner gap at the top and was hoping to run the cable without them being visible. Are there any existing hidden holes I can use? I already have a cap installed and my cable (6awg 15ft) is not long enough to run through the tailgate.

I would just enlarge one of the drain holes in the bed floor

Look at the top corners on both sides(front of the bed) for the opening.
