Like new, never mounted or used. I did paint the inner portion of the 4 mounting holes with very durable POR paint for extra protection to prevent the bolts from wearing the powder coat off. This is barely noticeable when the unit is not mounted and would be hidden when mounted.

Retails for $175 a couple months ago. Fits 11lb propane tanks such as Flame King and Wellington. You can also purchase an adapter from the manufacturer to fit 5lb tanks.

It will be $30+ to ship so I'd prefer to sell locally. I'm willing to drive 30 minutes or so from Monroe, WA for meet up. I would ship at buyers expense.
