Does anyone else have one of these installed?? Mine shifts constantly whenever I winch or even do mild frame flexing. They didnt send all the hardware initially so I used Grade 8 bolts, lock washers, etc. Told them and they finally sent me the same thing but instead said the nylon nuts would work better. What a crock.:mad: Now their telling me I must re-torque at least 3 times before it will stay. And it is pretty severe shifting even to the point where it cracked the bottom of my headlights...

Thinking I'm going to have to weld some tabs or redo some holes ffs!

My guess is the bumper is for show they didn’t expect you to use it...maybe the steel is too soft or they didn’t do the math...notify the company of your fee schedule have your buddy work his magic and send them the bill. If they are a corporation go to the Secretary of State office online their liability carrier should be on record...file a claim with them because claims are always heard before complaints. Good luck with your dilemma hope it works out.

The mounting holes aren't slotted? Most bumpers I've seen have slots for adjustability, no 2 trucks are exactly alike and they'll need adjustments one way or the other.

Are you using washers behind the nuts? If so, don’t. Some flanged nuts should help.

It’s sounds like there is nothing wrong with the bumper. It just slips when you are winching, correct?

I just welded the brackets to the bumper part itself. No more moving and I can still remove it from the frame if needed...The problem with or what I figure the problem is with the bumper is it is slotted both vertically and horizontally (pretty significantly) on the two parts that bolt together (one vertical one horizontal). Just cant see how lock nutts would ever hold it still no matter how hard I crank them down...Thanks for the replies!
