    I agree. Think I'm going to end up getting an Engel. Nearly half the price, that's a set of UCA's from the difference and it accomplishes the same thing, just with a little less bling.

    OMG. That is awesome, but that price is ridiculous. I think I might have to buy a break press and start making stuff like this.

    @cruiseroutfit

    Maybe you know. I was just watching the Yukon season. How did you guys get shotguns into Canada? Isn't it illegal to bring firearms into the country? I want to do a similar trip, but definitely want to bring some protection.

    Wow it actually doesn't sound that hard either. I'm sure there are more rules regarding how the firearms may be carried though.

    Took me all of 10 minutes last time I was through (Aug 15/shotgun)

    Note they have very specific restrictions on barrel length, capacity etc.

    How much of a power loss have you noticed? I know you all have used a lot of aluminum products but that is still a lot of gear!

    @cruiseroutfit I just got in to the show, and plowed through the C.A. season today. Ignore the haters here, you folks are doing a great job!

    After finishing that trip, is there anything different that you would do to outfit the rigs if you went again? I'm looking at moving to Nicaragua next year, and am curious what you think the minimums needed are for someone living there full time? For example, when you guys encountered the rain and mud in Costa Rica, there was a discussion about MT tires vs ATs. Would you opt for those if you lived there through the rainy season?

    Yeah, since it's a video series, they'll show the progressive steps. The full build photos are everywhere
