Oh, I was actually serious about that part. I was already pretty sure that merch must be a sizable portion of their income. I was guessing that the equipment might be comped but they're on the hook for travel costs/feeding families/paying mortgages.

I have driven fron Ontario to the tip of baja twice and back image.jpg in my 2012 4Runner and it is all about respect and preserve, even on smooth roads. 3 dogs and two adults fit great inside it to sleep too!

I was actually just looking at their hats. I may pic one up. They entertain and give me motivation. I'll support them

Didn't know about this show until this thread. I like outdoors... and would love to visit Alaska. I doubt they are raking in cash from doing the show, but I bet they are breaking close to even on an awesome trip, parts, and a memorable experience. Kinda like a modern day Nessmuk. I'm jealous.

Very nice so far. I'm wanting to do something similar to mine but unfortunately the bank account tells me no all the time :pout:. I'd love to make a trip out to Utah for some exploring as well when I can get some time off. Living on the east coast I would have to take a week or two off to make it over there and actually enjoy myself.

Haha but seeing their build details would be cool. I don't ever really see their rigs details in the show. I need more inspiration for my 4runner.

Honestly, I would need a higher income before seeing any of their build threads. spending is contagious

Yeah theirs are pricey. Just the drawer systems alone are like 2k
