Experience with KM3s?

I was at the same conclusion with my 2012 taco. My brain said get 17" wheels and go to town on tires but my wallet disagreed as I already had 16" wheels haha

 

Well over two months in the making and collecting parts but it's finally happening, 3" lift and KM3s going in!

 

You're gonna love it.

Thanks man, Im sure there will be plenty of whore out pictures to come in the next few weeks, I love it, was so happy to keep the factory wheels. Im not big on aftermarket stuff

 

Looks awesome! Especially with the OEM wheels. Did you need to use spacers?

 

Yeah I have 2" spacers on it, they were rubbing the uca bad without them, no trimming otherwise just had to take the small front mud guards off but got to keep the front mud flaps

 

I'm lucky enough to have the stock baja rims that have proper backspacing to not require spacers. Love my setup.

Just an update, got about 500 miles on the new KM3s, the ride is great. Road noise is not bad for a mud terrain, and they look amazing

 

I've found their road mannerisms are quite good. Ive purposely been driving them I the rain and I haven't had them slip or hydroplane on me at all. Super pleased.

 

What size tires did you put on your Tacoma

Since we are bumping this old thread, anyone have feedback on how these do with some snow on the ground?

 

I just want to find some! No local companies have any and don't know when they'll have any

 

Really liking theses tires... way less noisy than I thought they would be
