Lol! I think the rim tire combo on our Sportsmobile are the same as yours as well (only ours are 35x12.5x18)- not intentional but it's just that we both have good taste!

I sure did- a big day for the Tacoma. I had some Doug Thorley long tube headers installed this morning and went to the body shop where I had the bumpers powder coated and line-ex'ed this afternoon for the install. They look fantastic! The front was a butthole to install (my fault due to parts that were linex'ed that made for a tight fit) but it is super solid! Very well built and bolted right up. The only casualty was a stripped bolt on one sway bar bracket. It was too dark for pics but I'll post some tomorrow.

:annoyed: The moment I've been waiting for! I guess I'll just have to wait one more day

I'm sure the bolt could be purchased for cheap at the dealer or I'm sure there are many member here that are willing to part with the part(no pun intended).

I finally got some pics. They are driveway shots again- working a lot lately! The bumpers turned out great I think. No issues with the install other than that mentioned. They are bulletproof! Here you go...

That's incredible! When I was mowing this afternoon I was day dreaming about seeing your pics. I couldn't wait.

I'm soooo glad I went cbi. Mine are supposed to be finished up by the end of the week. I'm psyched.

I'm getting the hella micros as well. How do you plan on hooking them up? Are you going to try to integrate them into the stock fog light switch?

    btw good looking dog to

Thanks man! When I was posting them I was thinking "I've gotta get these up for that Jason guy"! :) I am so happy with them too. They are so sturdy and well built- crazy well built! We spliced the Hella's into the stock harness using the end connectors from the harness that comes with the fogs. No issue whatsoever with the I stall- they worked right off the bat just like the factory fogs.

I don't know how you're coating them but be mindful about linexing the whole piece that bolts to the frame. Mine is coated all over, front and back, and the thickness made it a little harder to bolt up. If you are just painting or powdercoating the whole thing it's not an issue. If you have any questions just holler!

    hehe. Thanks.

Is the gauge of the stock harness any different from the Hella harness? That sounds like an incredibly simple way to do it. I'll most likely do it that way.

I'm going to use rustoleum bed liner. I've done some testing on scrap metal and am pleased with it. It's not even close to as thick as line x so I don't believe I'll have the same problem as you but thanks for looking out.

I think it is- spliced right up and took all of 5 minutes per side. I was surprised to be honest it worked that easily.

CBI welds the tabs required for the Hella install, BTW- super simple.

~$700 not counting the powder coating and linex'ing ($250 total for the front, rear, and Downey skid). The rear matches the lines of the fenders perfectly- CBI does them up right.
