    it is best to do it in the warm weather.. or in a garage when its warm, but a lot of the ones with vinyl are like that

    Yeah that is how it is on my extang tuff cover. I just put a ceramic heater in the bed and shut the tail gate for a few minutes.:cool: That usually lets the material expand enough for you to put it back in place.:) I actually just reinstalled it this past weekend and took of my softop supertop.
