In decent shape. Tarp has 1 rip in it that i covered in duct tape and has held up fine. Has brand new mounting frame for bed that hasn't been installed.

$250, Local pickup only, I am in Watertown, MA

The cover tilts up to help put things in the bed, pops off in 1 piece or unsnaps and rolls up. I have had this cover for a few years and absolutely loved it for its versatility.
