'23 TRD Offroad 4-door, 5' bed bought new. Installed an Extang Solid Fold ALX tonneau cover shortly after I bought the truck. First shoutout to the folks at RealTruck - they were extremely helpful, friendly and the price was right. Great resource and def got my biz.

Next shout out - Extang! So now it's a couple years later, tonneau's been great - zero issues thru 2 Michigan winters, trips up north - the usual DD/outdoors stuff. Very solid, well-made cover. Occasionally I fold it back to haul stuff - tri-fold and flush mount so the final third of the fold nearest the cab stays flat. Not long ago I noticed a rubber seal strip for one of the panels on one side was missing. Though the seal strips fit tightly into channels, figured it must have blown off on the hwy while I had the top folded back, or some moron pulled it off. Anyway "what to do what to do...."

Ended up calling Extang to see if there's a replacement part/reseal kit or what they might suggest I use. Wasn't expecting much but thought I'd try. Their immediate response - "No worries, we'll send you a new seal..." Couple days later I get this 8' box with a long strip of the rubber seal, exactly what I need. Cut a length and good as new. Awesome and great to see companies out there making and standing behind good products that are built to be serviced -- thanks Extang!
