Extang Trifecta Tri Folding Tonneau cover for sale

I have an Extang Trifecta Tri Folding Tonneau cover for a 2011 Tacoma with 6' bed. I purchased this unit a few years ago and it has worked and looked great ever since.
Unfortunalty I've traded my Tacoma for a more family friendly vehicle, and no longer have a use for this cover.
This unit advertises as fitting 2005-2012 Tacoma's, and retails for between $400-500. Please research the unit online and let me know if you have any questions.
I would like to get $300 for it, but will negotiate depending on the number of inquires I get.
I live just north of King's Island near Cincinnati, OH., and will meet you somewhere to deliver the item. I cannot ship it.

Does this cover have the classic vinyl or signature series canvas? Does it come with the tailgate seal? Last question, this cover has lifetime warranty correct? Is it transferable?
