So I have a 2" mid/long travel kit on my 3rd gen and I've been having trouble with the CV boots on the 2" extended axles staying on. The outer clip pops off because the boots seem they are stretched too far in certain angles.

I rebuilt my axles, and we couldn't get the boot clamps to stay on, so I took it to a shop and they had to push the smaller end of the boot closer to the joint and use two hose clamps to keep it on, yet the outer clamp just popped off again.

Any ideas on what to try next? I've been thinking of just buying these https://www.cvjreman.com/product/9808-lt2/

I just dont want to buy those and have the same issue if these boots might be popping off for some other reason.

    Any help is much appreciated.
