I searched for the other thread but I couldn’t get it to come up. Anyway do any of you guys have the USAA Extended Warrety and have any of you used it. They gave me a quote if $857 for 100k. Looking to see if anyone filed a claim or got the extended warranty.

If it’s to 100k miles then it’s really $857 for 40k miles, something to think about.

Isn’t the warranty 36k miles? Powertrain is covered to 60k but all the other crap is not. At least that’s what I think

I went with Toyota platinum and it was $1500 with my USAA discount.

Why not get a Toyotacare Platinum warranty? You can get one for not much more.

That's what I did but some dealers don't use the Toyota Financial one.

If your local dealer doesn’t offer the official Toyotacare extended warranty then you can always purchase it from any dealer who does. They don’t even have to be located in the same state.

That's right. Any Toyota dealer has to honor the Toyota Financial extended warranty and/or extended service.
