Not everybody on TW is a mind-reader. I could not understand what you had written either. And 23' means a 23 foot long truck. 23" is a 23 inch long truck. I was trying to figure out what version of Tacoma is 23 feet long and why it mattered to the transmission when I read your post.

Maybe a little harsh but most of us would like to help without guessing what you're saying.
An original post asking for help should at least be written carefully with correct information. As much information as possible and with proper spelling and punctuation makes it easier for others to help and taking the time to compile a decent post is common courtesy.

Also, I think OP is conflating ToyotaCare Service (2 free oil changes at the dealer and tire rotations) with Toyota Extended Warranty, which extends the original 3/36 factory warranty.

Since he's extremely busy, according to his secretary, it could take a couple of days for him to respond, so what I did was to email Jerry's office to leave a message asking him for quotes (cost, Toyota Platinum warranties/number of miles/year). Then a couple of days later after receiving a response on my email, I texted Jerry and wrote which warranty I wanted. I was thinking about 10 years/125,000 miles because my wife drives her Tacoma under 2,000 miles per year, and a day later he called me on the phone and asked several questions trying to decided if 100,000-mile or 125,000-mile warranty should be better, and he recommended the 10-year/100,000-mile one. I chose this one.

He asked for my address, phone number, credit card number, and his secretary email me a dealership signed PDF bill of sale and the official Toyota Platinum warranty. They also mailed the paperwork via snail mail. I made of copy of it, put it in the glove box, and stored the original with other car documents. I did the same for my wife's 2010 RAV4 in 2011 (Toyota Platinum extended warranty) from the same dealership and manager (Jerry).
