I have a spare CV axle as well
Truck isn't my daily driver, so everything else I can get in a couple days anyway.

Spares for a daily or spares for wheeling? I don't keep daily spares, parts are plentiful. Wheeling spares should be front axles, tie rod ends, lbj+,bolts, tools and all fluids.

Keeping up on routine maintenance helps alot. Don't forget to check your spare tire pressure and make sure the jack works/is a complete set.

Soon we might have to keep a cheap truck on the side, just for parts. your personal salvage yard! I wish I had the room for it! Notice the prices for Parts going up. What do You buy ? OEM or aftermarket parts? I bought a aftermarket downshift cable . It looks pretty good , made in Taiwan . I know it will work if I don’t abuse it.
