    What is this relay for? It looks like some sort of added on accessory, but i'm pretty sure it's OEM. I don't see it in any diagrams though.

    That is the AC SKT Relay for the DC to AC Inverter. In other words the 115 Volt electrical outlet in the bed of the truck.
