i did, but i had to sell the truck when i got stationed overseas. my six stock switch places were all full with oem fog switches for various lights. lights were as follows, top row... oem fogs, grille lights, dtrl on/off. bottom row... reverse lights, rock lights, lights on bed light bar.

the switches i put in the custom center console panel were highlander oem heated mirror switch, relocated bed inverter switch, 4runner oem 115v inverter switch for custom inverter install in-cab, oem fog switch for under hood lights, oem fog switch for bed lights. i had further plans to use a sienna "rear vent" switch for a power slider window. also had plans for an in-cab headlight leveling switch, switch is an oem sienna switch. was also gonna use to of the slots for 4runner/highlander heated seat switches. never had a chance to finish everything.

i plan on doing this same mode to my next tacoma when i get back to the states, but i'm gonna find a way to raise the switch panel an inch or so. all the switches and plugs would fit, but it was a tight squeeze. i plan on machining a piece of metal, aluminum, or plastic to raise it, as well as help cover the "cupholder" and center the panel.

Are all of your switches tied to the Acc on the ignition or are they live all the time? Do you have a diagram on how things are wired up?

I ordered some of these Cherry KG series switches last week for extra accessories.
    http://www.cherrycorp.com/english/switches/rockers/waterproof/kg_waterproof.htm
I didn't want illuminated switches, and I think they'll look good since the bezels are similar in shape to the OEM switches. They fit the same panel opening that the carling and scion ones fit, so by default should also fit the OEM switch openings with minimal trimming. Time will tell on that though, it always does. Will keep everyone informed with how it works out.
