No mud flaps, plasti dipped emblems, and rear bumper, Weather tech digital fit, Bed mat from tractor supply. Pioneer 4400BH head unit. B.A.M.F bed rail tie downs. AVS vent visors.
Orca coolers. nashville TN company they make the same coolers yeti dose and they started making them 1st. till their pat ran out and other people could copy them, they are also a little cheaper. main thing is yeti advertises a lot more than orca dose thats why they are more widely known.

For the price, the build quality, the warranty, you can't go wrong with them. Both of mine came from the scratch and dent website, we had to look for the imperfections and they were mild scuff marks from what looks like they buffed mold cast marks off. They still offer the full 7 yr warranty on every part of it. If you'd like to see the 70 that I use daily let me know. You won't be disappointed.

I am sure they are wonderful coolers. HOWEVER almost every one of the coolers the OP has listed has thicker foam on the bottom. I was going to go yeti till I started seeing how many other options there were.

I might get flamed for this. I think a lot of the people that own yetis have given into the fanboy hype, this is coming from a yeti owner. I drank the kool-aid myself. After owning that and other high end coolers I found there are much better options out there. I would willingly and gladly put one of my k2's up against a yeti any day with a wager on it.

I have an arb and it was one of the best investments I've made for my off-road habits
We use it constantly and not messing with ice is awesome
We use it at home for beer when we have parties As well as wheeling and on road trips for keeping bottles cold
    I highly recommend one
Also not many people eat ice cream on the trail on a hit summer day, causes lots of jealousy lol

I have a 65 and 45 Yeti. I have no complaints with either. I just set it in the bed of my truck, usually with some cold coors lights and fill it once a week with ice.

IMO your going to be happy with which ever high end cooler you buy. It just depends on which one looks more appealing to you and some small differences. All pretty much do the same.

FYI if you know someone who works at Academy they receive a 20% discount on them.

This is what I'm looking to do. No ice means more stuff in less space.

Also, I bought some cheap Coleman's years ago. Like 20 years ago. they've held up for the last 20+ years and have worked well. Just the other day I threw one out of my way and the lid finally gave up.

So, if you're on a budget and you realistically don't use it everyday or weekend, save yourself some money and get a cheap one from WalMart or similar. I suggest two smaller ones instead of one large one. We often use one for ice and one for dry goods with no ice. This is for four people for two-5 days.

No surprise the winner is the cooler they pimp on their website.

I'd steer towards the pelican if you're looking for durability. That thing is a tank. Insane guarantee, and you can find them at walmart. No need to deal with website fiasco. They are all going to weigh a shit ton though, and keep ice just as long as the other.

With that said, I live in Florida, and fish on a regular basis. I have yet to find a need for a cooler that'll keep ice for 10 days. If you're throwing fish in there, the water is junk after one use. Plus you have to lock them up 24/7 or someone will steal it. I leave my $30 Coleman in the back of the truck when fishing, beach, camping, etc... and it hasn't moved yet.

Needing a durable cooler is a different issue, and with that, I'd say get the pelican. Has real handles, stainless hardware, etc.... No rubber latches, cord handles, and whatever else comes on a yeti or yeti knockoff. If you want a status cooler and a sticker for your truck, get the yeti.

I'd bet my truck that if yeti dropped their price to match a Coleman, you'd see a lot less pimping of them.

It's not my money, so someone's decision on a cooler doesn't affect me. Just don't forget to buy your BGE and a pair of costas while picking out your yeti accessories. :poking:

BGE = big green egg. Its a ceramic pot that people swear cooks/grills better then any grill out there.

If durability is what you're after, look into the pelicans. They've been in the business for a long time building durable boxes. The cooler is pretty much a safe with a drain plug.
