    You guys won't lose any light output (I have the T1) I went thru all the different kind of lights with them on: halogen, hid n now projector hid...still nada lol

    The original ones I like because it changes the body line a bit, they basically extend the painted body line on sport models out to the edge, isntead of stopping at the headlight, and making the headlights seem proportionaly larger than normal IMO. Part of the reason why I did black headlight mod as well. Heres a pic of my standard ones. You shouldn't have any loss of output because it doesn't cover the lense. I don't know about the 'pissed off' ones, but I imagine you should be fine, especially with projectors since their beam is pretty tight coming from a smaller lense.
