Alarm locking gas cap, locking lugs, and a security camera will do you good.

Your complex doesnt have security cameras?

Even if there are security cameras around the complex they're usually just at the entrances, I've gotten around those before...just walk to a wall and jump it.

Well some complexes have them randomly inside the gates. like on the corner of the buildings and stuff

Like my school! But they just monitor them, sometimes record and only look at the recording if there's vandalism or something. So they could or could not be recording them...who knows?

Exactly what I'm sayin'! It's pretty lame...
Car cover. Make sure it has at least 5 lock holes, 4 going width wise underneath the truck and one going length wise under it. That's the best immediate fix I can think of, if they can't get it off they can't harm it and if they can't harm it, you're good for a while. It is a bit excessive but a small step to keeping it in good condition and not vandalized. Otherwise you'll have to consider a more long term approach like getting cameras, moving, or (if it really has to be done) selling it.

Here's my clarification: one in front of the front axle, one behind the rear and two going behind the front axle and in front of the rear. Then the one going length wise underneath it. Make sure you do the length wise one last though, it "locks" the 4 others in position sort of.

I heard of an alarm system, not sure if its the viper alarm system, but it has sensors around the vehicle that detect movent around the vehicle and when it does the alarm goes off and the alarm remote will go off to tell ya

shit i'm not even sure selling the truck would be the best solution because what if it'll happen to my new car? they'll just have fun fucking with me my entire time i live here. MAn, the shitty part is that I've been living here 10 years and there's total of 30 condos here and I know everyone of those owners even though i don't talk to them. Then come to this year way too many people move and getting out of control in this area, I couldn't keep track of everything so now it happens to me!!

I have a friend who had a whole bunch of water inside his fuel tank. He drilled a hole in the bottom of the tank (plastic) in order to drain the fuel/water, then used a rivet to seal the hole. The truck ran like a champ for quite a few more years w/ no leaks. This might be something to consider, although depending on the amount of salt, you might be better off to just pull the tank and flush it with fuel.

Yea those alarm with motion sensor wouldn't do me no good because there's no gate in this area. People come in and out almost like every 5 mins so I'd be having faulty alarm about 500 times per day.

get an alarm with a proximity feature (motion sensor). alot of highend cars have it or you could just get the motorcycle version module and connect it to the alarm you are gonna get. that way if anyone walks within the set parameters your alarm will go off.

Well, right now i'm thinking of that camera, but i'd have to find a 2way mirror so I can replace it with the side view mirror and hide the camera back there so they can't see while they doing shit to my car...
