    Lemme throw in a rando question:anyone ever have a brisket stall at such a low temperature? She's been sitting here for nearly an hour now. :confused:

    Not that I'm going to do anything different than sit here, stoke the fire, and drink, but I've never had one hang out below 150 like this.

    Are you cooking at 190 or is that your alert temp? Can't quite tell. I've cooked pork that low before, but never beef.

    Does seem low for a stall point, but crack open another cold one, should be fine in the end. :thumbsup:
