    Coworker told me that they keep a spreadsheet off every single expense that goes into the house. Both improvements and repairs, no matter how minor. That way they have an accurate handle of how much equity they actually built.

    I'm pretty sure if I started tracking that shit I would be in the minus. :anonymous:
